In this podcast, Greg Potter speaks with James Hewitt, who has a particular interest in how people can achieve sustainable high performance. In addition to his role as Chief Innovation Officer at Hintsa Performance, James is doing a PhD at Loughborough University, where his research focuses on how workers’ lifestyle and work patterns influence their wellbeing and performance. In this interview James shares many useful insights regarding how to perform better at work. Daniel Pardi, MS, PhD

He also works with several branches of the US Military including the Special Forces and Naval Special Warfare. Dr. Pardi has a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience from Leiden University in the Netherlands, and Stanford University in the United States, and he has a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University in the United States. He currently lives in Austin Texas with his wife and three young boys.
